Arianna offers coaching as a tool for folks to tap into their inherent power and personal sources of wisdom in order to dream wildly and live boldly. She is a trained Healing, Justice, and Liberation coach who incorporates positive psychology and conscious leadership & resilience modalities - along with various mindfulness and healing elements - in her practice. 

Born and raised in Chicago to formerly undocumented Mexican immigrants, Arianna has drawn from her lived experiences to champion social change throughout her educational pursuits and career. She has extensive professional experience in philanthropy, capacity building, policy advocacy, global research, and evaluation. In her own quest for freedom, Arianna has increasingly shifted her career toward social entrepreneurship. Prior to Teje Sueños Collective, she founded Poderosa Life Coaching in 2021 to make liberatory coaching accessible for social impact leaders of color, and co-founded Colmena Consulting in 2022-2023 to champion new models of work for justice-driven consultants, coaches, and changemakers. She earned a B.A. in Organizational Studies and Spanish Literature and Culture from the University of Michigan and an M.A. in Community Development and Policy Analysis from the University of Chicago. She resides with her child in their hometown of Chicago, unceded land of the Odawa, Ojibwe, and Potawatomi people.
