I am a liberatory coach, consultant, and facilitator guided by the belief that our collective freedom is built through how we each practice and embody it in the present.

My approach is informed by my varied lived experiences as a low-income, first-generation college graduate, daughter of Mexican immigrants, and single working mother. While I’ve had access to significant support and opportunity, I’ve also spent most of my career navigating systems that were not designed for people like me to succeed. I learned to adapt, perform, and push through, but it was often at the expense of my own well-being and authenticity. This tension became an invitation to reflect, unlearn, and heal. As I began reclaiming my power and authoring my life on my own terms, I saw my story mirrored in the experiences of others doing justice-oriented work while carrying the weight of inequitable systems. Supporting people to come back home to themselves by reconnecting to their inner wisdom, power, values, and sense of possibility became both my calling and my practice.

I now serve as a trusted advisor and coach to individuals and social impact organizations navigating complexity, growth, and transformation. I bring over 15 years of experience across philanthropy, strategy, capacity building, policy advocacy, global research, evaluation, and systems change, partnering with diverse stakeholders to advance equitable, community-centered systems.

My work bridges inner and outer transformation, operating at the intersection of personal growth and institutional strategy to support people, teams, and organizations in leading and making change from the inside out. I am a trained Healing, Justice, and Liberation coach and equity facilitator who incorporates positive psychology, conscious leadership & resilience modalities, and various mindfulness and healing elements in my work. At the heart of my practice is a commitment to supporting people, teams, and organizations to move from surviving to thriving with intention and integrity - all in service of a more just, loving, and liberated world.
