Meaning “to weave together dreams” in Spanish, our name reflects the belief that meaningful change is created through intentional, relational work over time, and that how we do the work matters as much as what we are working toward. 

Through coaching, facilitation, and advisory support, Teje Sueños helps values-driven individuals and organizations move from bold vision to aligned action.
